Sawvia is run by [legal company name and address], a company registered in South Korea (“we”). These terms apply when you use Sawvia and when you buy through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

What Sawvia does

You paste a TikTok link, and we look for the products in the video and where they can be bought in the US. When you check out, you pay us once and we buy each item from a third-party seller for you, within one business day. Each seller ships on its own, so your items may arrive in several packages.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and have a shipping address in one of the 50 US states or Washington, DC.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, and order updates go to that address. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Product matches

We find products automatically using AI and web search, so a match can be wrong. Check the product, size, and seller before you buy. Sawvia is not affiliated with TikTok, and the creators and brands shown do not endorse or work with us unless we say so.

Prices and payment

You pay the item prices shown at checkout. We charge no service fee, and we currently cover shipping and any sales tax the seller charges. PayPal handles your payment, and we do not see your card number.

When an item can't be ordered as shown

• Out of stock: we refund that item and order the rest.
• Price rise after you paid: we cover a rise of up to 5%. Above that, we refund that item.
• New seller page: we may check it by hand first, which can take longer. If it is the wrong product, we refund that item.
• Wrong, look-alike, or damaged item: contact us and we refund that item in full.

Using the products

Nothing on Sawvia is medical advice, and creators' comments are their own. Follow each product's directions, and stop using it if you have a reaction.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sawvia to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to collect its data by automated means.

Videos, names, and images

Videos play in TikTok's own player and belong to their owners. Product names and images belong to their owners.

Limits on our responsibility

We provide Sawvia as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us for the order involved. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
